No. A sales campaign is one part of a marketing campaign. Normally, the
sales campaign is the execution part of the marketing campaign. The rest of
the marketing campaign (normally called a marketing plan) is market
research, marketing strategy (which is what everything hinges on), ad
campaign, PR campaign, total image plan (sadly the one that is least thought
about but is usually the one on which the most money is spent), and your
sales campaign. And if by "sales material" you mean brochures, sales signs, and
such, that is normally considered part of the ad campaign.
