Target's Got a Sale... And they are giving wakeup calls!

Call it a perfect mixture of Telemarketing and Viral Marketing! Target is having a sale on November 26 and November 27 and they want to make sure that you don't miss it.

And oh, just in case you forget, they can give you a Wake Up call too!!!

You can visit this site to view videos and choose who you want to get a call from, including such odd characters as Darth Vader, some cheesy heartbreaker, a tween diva, a helpful construction worker, Dennis the rooster or Heidi Klum.

The campaign was created by Mother New York.

Wake-up calls are definately a way to get people into your after-Thanksgiving sale. With stores opening earlier and earlier, it becomes difficult to get consumers. Glad I sit them all out.

If they every "woke" me up. I'd be pissed. Unless it was Mrs. Jessica Simpson on the other line!

I have to work that day anyway. Even if I was off I wouldn't spend it shopping with a million other people. :Hide Me:

I think I'm glad we don't have the stauration of shopping stores here in Australia that America does.

We basically have two retailers that control 99% of all stores. Their sales suck too. If you're lucky you'll get !0% off at most

I did all my shopping on the day after thanksgiving...
....from the seat of my computer chair!

Seriously though, it is bad here in the US. I've seen people get knocked down over a scramble for $24 DVD players. *sigh*
