So, how do you rate the ad?

Not sure what message I got when looking at the lady screaming. But I do feel the written message is very good, and the design is superb. If I were them I would make several different ones for different ad placements. The example you gave would be good for real estate sites, but they could go the extra mile by making the fake "search" be different topics.

Just curious -- Were you involved in the design of the banner or do you represent SubmitAWebsite.com?

I think the overall design is very good but the screaming woman doesn't suit imo. I guess she's supposed to be showing frustration that her website wasn't found in the results?
