What type of relationship management system do you use and why?

We use Act because it was fairly inexpensive and it gave us the flexibility that we needed.

Alot of companies use CRM Software Leader | Customer Relationship Management (CRM) we used Seibel in my last company but it was for larger firms and it was not as easy to customize as some of the smaller programs.

We just use MS Outlook which works fine for keeping brief notes we do plan on purchasing a contact management system soon so we would like to know everyone elses experience.

We use Act as well and are very happy with it though it took some time to get it up and running and customized to our satisfaction
