Question Need help with company slogan

Hi all,

I could use everyone's help with a catching slogan for my new company. The company name is Pronet Network Consulting, Inc. We provide network consulting and services to small to medium size companies while aiming certain servcies for larger companies.

I want a slogan that is catchy and not cliche', common, or too long of a phrase. Basically, I want to emphasis on "business" and "technologies and shows the professionalism of the company.

here's what I got so far and could use some advice or comments:

"Integrating Business with Technologies"
"Better Business through Technolgoes"
"Take your business to the next levell"
"Business empowered by Technologies"

I can't seem to find a slogan I can live with not look back. Can you help?

Hi ,

There is a slogan that came up in my mind when I was reading your thread
"Handling your business needs with cutting edge technologies"

Thanks

not bad but I feel it's a bit long to be used on a business card. It could work for website or printed material, though.

By the way, I feel slogans can be different depending on the targets, right?
e.g. if I'm targeting small vs. large companies?

How about "Knowledge Makes the Difference."? How do you feel about this?

I think you still need some work. Your business has the word "network" in it. Therefore, I am assuming you do computer networking. However, based on the slogans being as generic as it is kind of takes away from that. Embrace your name and the service you offer.

Because you are a small business and are not yet well know, you should use words that specifially tell what your companies USP is (Unique Selling Proposition). Keep in mind if you can do this and at the same time define your target audience then you will have a sure winner.

For example: Betsy's Bakery could have a slogan "Irving's Chewiest Chocolate Chip Cookies". With that slogan it tells me that Betsy's Bakery is in Irving and that she specializes in cookies. It also describes the cookies by teasing one of my five senses.

Hope this helps,
Chris Graham

Chris, how about this one? More to the point of what I do. Would this be considered USP?

"Providing Certified Network consulting and Services"

slogans are not easy to come with, it seems.

hmmmmm I think all the slogans I could think of sound like cliches
"helping you get connected"
" Making technology work" or work for you
"Better service. Better quality. Better results"
"bringing your business into the 21 st century"

Clarify Your USP first.

Chris has got this one spot on.

The reason you are finding it difficult to find a good slogan is that you are starting from a consideration of the features of your products/services.

Exactly what are the benefits you deliver to your clients? What do you do better than your competitors? What sets you apart from the crowd? Your USP lies in the answer to these questions.

Until you figure out your USP and slogan you dream up is unlikely to really capture anyones imagination.

Put another way, "Sell the sizzle" not the burger

some of the suggested slogans are too techies. Your clients are business people not techies so you should have slogans that is powerful & simple. I suggest the use of powerful word.

"Helping your business grow!"
"We'll handle your problem, You'll focus on your profit"

alright guys, here's another stab. Took some of your advice and came up w/ the following. I think in the IT biz, it's important you portray yourelf as bigger than life. So, I want to stay away from these "Best IT guy in Town" type of slogans. I think these type of slogans may work for flower shops and such but not in IT consulting.

"Your Technology Partner for Success"
"IT solutions that Work"

I came up with my slogan based upon the services I do. I wanted something that was short and to the point.. Three words. You know how Bellsouth and these guys are doing the whole " Listening > Answering" Short and sweet.. that's what I would do.. you want something that stands out but isn't a mouthful.
