What type of volume and how many pieces will be going out with each mailer?

Regardless if you do them in house or externally make sure they are presorted you can save a significant amount if they are - my vote is always to outsource these tasks if they are not part of your core competancy it distracts from other things that you could be doing and they can do it more effeciently and effectively.
