ecommerce, taxes, laws...

hello,

I have a question: what sort of taxes someone is supposed to pay if he
is making money through services he sells in his website?
If it is only a service, so he is not delivering or selling anything
phisical, if the website is created from a specific contry but it sells
all over the world, what sort of taxes does he has to pay?

Am I supposed to create any sort of company ltd and so on, in order to
have any sort of income through my website?

Can anyone help me with this cause I've been searching for infos and
link but I haven't found anything.
Thank you very much
