Communication Challenges

I know that I am not the only one this happens to I am responsible for communication at my firm and I get critized for doing too much communicating and then I get critized by other people as doing to little. What should I do?

Have a meeting with everyone that congratulate/criticizes you. Introduce them to each other and let them sort it out.

Seriously this is probably the right answer because you are not going to be able to please everyone all of the time and some people enjoy reading company news and some people will never read it.

You may want to send out a survey and get quantitative feedback from your colleagues alot of time you get 2 or 3 critics and the rest are fine with what you are doing - maybe you do not have to do anything differently.

Come up with a communication policy that EVERYONE knows what it is so that there is a clear understanding. I bet you don't have one right now and that is why you have so many bosses. It's time to get that in place and get the yelling stopped.
