Communicating with employees

We are a small company but we have three people that live outside the state and want to make sure they feel part of the firm - how do you communicate with people that arent at the home office?

We use skype and often use cams to at least have some personalization on the call

We fly our regional sales people in twice a year for a week to get to know everyone at the staff
