Need Business, Deal or Project Funding? Hows 100% Sound?

If you have a deal or project that cost $250.000.00 and up we will finance it at a 100%. If you have 10% of what the entire project or deal cost or if you have someone who will loan you the 10% then we can fund your deal.

You or the person with the 10% shows proof of funds. The lender will then contact you or that person directly. The 10% is then given to the lender and guaranteed by the lender's own collateral.

The 10% along 15% is returned in 60 days or less and your deal or project is funded. Since the lender guarantees the 10% and uses it's own collateral there is no need for borrower's credit or bank statements. It's a risk free process and invites scrutiny and due diligence.

Interested? Call or email us!

Wanted: Private Investors, if you have 10% of $250,000.00 and up and would like to realize a 15% return in 60 days or less and a possible equity stake in the project please contact us asap.

What banks are you using? 10% sounds about normal for most lenders, what value added do you provide?

Can anyone please tell me if this deal sounds legitimate? If this is for real, then I don't recommend anyone skipping this chance because if you are really serious about your own startup, then you shouldn't mind putting a downpayment of 10% so that the eventual investor will foot the bill for the rest. However, I am a tad skeptical about this offer. What are some of your thoughts?

I am skeptical too because investors are usually private people and when you bring an investor into your business, usually ends up owning part of your company so I think it's best to stick with someone you know. Like a friend of a friend type thing.

I haven't heard enough about the oppurtunity to make a fair judgement, but just rememeber to sign a contract and read the fine lines.

This poster recently posted on another forum, and was promptly banned for spamming.

I do not know if the poster is legit or not, but I wouldn't think someone who is legit uses these methods to gain clients.

My research found this....nothing on BBB.org, nothing on ripoffreports.com, no company website, just many posts to forums like these.

I don't recommend contacting this person either. He/she might as well con you of your money. Be careful!

Thumbs down Legitimate - not likely

Let's see if I have this right. I have 10% of what I need, and I send that 10% to the lender. 60 days later the lender returns my 10%. No legitimate lender would ask you to send them the 10%. If I'm buying a business, I would put that money into escrow, payable to the seller, subject to me obtaining the 90% financing. There is NEVER a need to send money to a lender, other than for the purpose of repaying what they have lent to you. "Risk free process" and "invites scrutiny"? I just did, and it failed the test. Also, you will notice that the 'consultant' who posted that message is using an aol.com e-mail address. Any reputable 'consultant' would have a web site and personalized address. My 40 some odd years in business tell me that this is a scam.
