Level for VC money

Does anyone know the level of net income you need to be generating or expect to generate in order to attract some interest from some venture capital firms?

You really have to ask the VC firm. The larger ones typically focus on a particular entry point i.e. start up, mezzanine level etc. The smaller ones tend to have a lot more flexibility. If you have a good idea and business model you should not worry about the income level. Good luck.

I would try to find a white knight investor before I found a VC firm you will lose control or at least some control over your firm.
