Hello, my name is James Green. I have plans to find commercial property for lease to open a Under 21 Hip hop/pop Night Club. I am currently in College for Business Administration. Also outside of school I have been reading a book by the name of "How to Start, Run, and Stay in Business," by Gregory F. Kishel and Patricia Gunter Kishel, while working as a intern under the wing of a man I have known since I was little. He is one of three owners of a Marketing/independent label by the name of H&H WorldWide Ent. & Sports. I have helped them in many ways as it has also helped me have a better understanding of businees. We have recently had Llyod of Ja Rules lable "The Inc.," perform at a club in New Jersey. In return the club split the door with us, which was a success. I am now looking for investors to gain money to fix up a location and for things needed inside of it such as speakers all. The area that I plan on opening my first club in is Glassboro, New Jersey. Not only do I see the vision for it to work, but I KNOW it will because I know the area and the people in and surrounding areas. In Glassboro it is a majority African-American community inwhich is hip hop related, which is why my club will play hip hop/pop dance music. Because there are not many activities in this community, the residents often travel to the Philadelphia region to attend clubs. By the way not to mention Philadelphia is around 45 mins to an hr from there just to go to clubs, so I figured why dont I bring the club to them. Also because of the Marketing company(H&H), I have connects to getting artist relatively cheap to perform at the club which is also a plus. This is a huge opportunity for anyone who is willing to invest in this project. If you want to see the business plan, it is not yet done. Since I've started reading this book, theres so much more I've learned, so I wanna kind of finish this book, so I know all things, and after that can present a strong business plan. Actually, I wouldnt mind having a partnership. At the current momment I have disposed of my old business plan for it as I said before, I begun reading that book. And one chapter was based on strictly how your business plan should be and the way that make it seem, it wasnt the best of business plans, so am going to start working on a new one. I strive to do as good as I can, even with something as small as an business plan. But nonetheless, I would like to talk to you further about this. You made a fatal mistake there BusinessMan04. A business plan is the most important thing you can do. It sets the goals and pace of the business as well as pointing out the flaws in the business. If you dont do it correctly, you will most likley fail. Some plans take months to do because of the depth of detail.

You misunderstood. I threw out the old one due to the fact after all I have learned, the business plan was infact a weak one to me. So what I was saying was I'm going to construct a new one. I learned so much on making a decent business plan from this book, and I feel my old one just didnt fit the standard of even being ok. And I dont want to have a weak business plan. If you meant your comment off of my remark, "something as small as a business plan, I didnt mean it wasnt a big key in business. But I think we can all agree that any intelligent person can construct an good business plan, but it also takes a dedicated person to make it all happen.
