That is quite a good listing there. Reading through it i am sort of ain a 50/50 area i think, some from both columns are true and i can really see the ones i have in the dreamers column need fairly immediate attention especially taking on the sales role.

Hmmm, looks like I'm too much of a realist, and I'm not sure if thats all that good a thing. It explains some brickwalls I keep running into. Looks like I need to swing a little the other way.

I'm definitely a dreamer according to that -- only a few thing went to the "realist" side

A lot of that stuff was common sense, but still a decent doc.
