A lot of us don't have employees, or sub-contracotors, so there isn't exactly much internal branding we
can do.
Eagle, I think it all depends on the type of business. For a small web/graphic design business, in most of the cases, branding isn't a necessity. Some sort of branding won't hurt, but it's not crucial for the business to be sucessful.
I do, however, agree many businesses that would benefit from branding are too ignorant/stupid to realise it.
