How to Make A Dream Come True !!

Ever since I was a young child I had a fascination with yellow taxis, I was drawn to their sleekness, functionality, and uniqueness, which are all unquestionably magnificent and only matched by their supreme purpose and role they provide within communities worldwide. This fascination has evolved from a boyhood curiosity and calling to a business passion which is unyielding. My dream is to start a company in the limo / taxi industry, which will be paramount within the industry. My business will include only the supreme in services with excellence to customer care and a product which competitors can only dream of duplicating. However as any well-experience and established businessman knows every beginning company needs a plan to catapult their company from idea to thriving enterprise. This is what I come in search of. I need to align myself with only the most knowledgeable and reputable company and people within the livery insurance industry along with members within vehicle sales. I?m located in Philadelphia and need a starting point to begin my long time dream. What company provides superior livery insurance in Philly, where can I find the cleanest and most luxurious vehicle, and which company has a support staff that is up to the challenge of satisfying all of my business needs, such as financing, insurance, and customer service. Any feedback is appreciated.

I think the first step is going to be doing your research. It's a must-do homework for any starter. Also, you might wanna think about starting small. Your chance of surviving will double if you start small. Even if you have unlimited amount of budget, you wouldn't need to worry about anything complicated if you start small. At the end of the day , you still learn about this business. Because what you have now is only and iDEA. You don't know the market yet, you don't know the competition yet, you don't know what it takes to be successfull in that particular industry.

Don't worry, any business, if you know how to run it, will grow by itself.

Write down anything your creative mind think. Make a goal and a plan how to reach that goal. Read good books, it'll help.

Best of Luck with your business idea.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I agree with all those ideas and think they will all work well with my ultimate plan. Also do you have any specific experience within the taxi industry. I was given a reference of First Keystone and Mike Etemad as a starting point in my search. Supposedly, Mike Etemad has been in the industry for over a decade and knows the ins and outs of the industry. Just wanted to see if you hsve ever heard of Mike Etemad or any one from First Keystone. Also Mike Etemad is the Chairmam of the Board at 1st Keystone.
