Probably one of the best sites that we continually go back to is the Malcolm Baldridge site Baldrige National Quality Program for those of you who arent familiar with this award, it is given to companies that demonstrate the highest qualities in an organization and they even have an award for small businesses. Take a look at the questions that the firms have to answer and the former award winners you will learn a lot about your own organization and best practices.

The UK also has a similar site British Quality Foundation which I have found to be extremely helpful

We go to the small business administrations website they have tons of information and useful tools

It really depends on what we are looking for. For competitive and industry information we go to analyst reports. Below is a good link to a lot of great resources:

As was mentioned in some other posts it depends on what you are looking for but the Labor Department has a world of information. Some of it is outdated but it is very comprehensive and detailed see an example of some of the information below:
