| ABC : All adspace sold out for 2005-2006 season Media post is reporting that ABC has nearly sold out its upfront prime-time AdSpace for the 2005-2006 season. ABC said that its estimated advertising commitments reached approximately $2.7 billion, with CPM increases in the 4-6 percent range, and a potential rise in year-to-year revenue of more than 30 percent, with approximately $600 million estimated for prime-time sports sales. This count does not include Super Bowl XL,the highest-rated and largest revenue-generating television event, also broadcasted by ABC. Other networks did not have any official comment on ABC's announcement. |
