Anyone out there currently using WEBEX or any online meeting solution to conduct product (in this case, software) training? If so, what are you charging & how long are your sessions typically? We currently offer onsite training but we also have a contract with WEBEX. We're considering moving some (or all) of our trainings onto WEBEX & needed to benchmark against what others are doing. Mainly using it currently for impromptu user support, etc.
