Pack and Mail

We own a small pack and mail store (franchise) and were trying to think of additional promotions we could do to try to get more business. We have some advertising in the newspapers and some direct mailers but nothing creative - any ideas?

Re: Pack and Mail

I do not know what flexibility you have but have you tried marketing to ebay customers. You probably heard of the ebay drop off stores where you bring and item and they take pictures, post and collect fees for a percentage of the profit. I do not think those franchises are doing well but since this is a natural extension of your business you may want to try it.

I have never seen this done at a packing facility but can you offer a discount for your best customers after so many packages you could offer them a 10 discount so you creat loyalty

Re: Pack and Mail

What about approaching some stores that do a lot of shipping and offering to pick up their merchandise and mail it for them?
