Sometimes I need a little kick in the butt to get me back on track and motivated to put in the extra time. I like watching movies and shows about successful people and how they live. This really gets me inspired to get working.

How about Wall Street - dont forget Michael Douglasses line " Greed is Good" not that I agree with that but it was a good movie
