I have made soft drink here in New Jersey USA. People would love it once it comes in market. I want to start from small scale to large scale. May be first from my home then go into manufacting site. I can make it home using home utencile. This needs to be bottled. My question is ... can i bottle them at home using some short of equipment ? Can i lable it and sell in store here ? What all things i need as per leagality concern ? Or there any company who can bottle my drink and label them as per my instruction then i will sell them in store ?
Do anybody had such idea and now they are successfull ? Can you share ur experince ?

There are definately health care codes that you have to follow if you plan on selling the drinks commercially. I would do a couple of things first I would go online and look at the history of companies like snapple that started small and I think eventually got bought by Coke I would see how they got started. I think the most cost effective and quickest way to market is to go to an existing manufacture and asked them to bottle it for you and then your responsibility really is in the sales and marketing not the operations - good luck

I agree I would focus on the marketing and not on production - that should be outsourced just make sure you protect the recipe

Don't take offence but almost everybody can make a good drink at home. But the biggest problem is marketing and sales. These are the things you should learn first.

You know what? You can first try to sell some ready product, I mean be a reseller, a salesperson, and gain the nesessary skills. When you feel yourself like you can sell snow in Alaska then you can start making your cool drink safely
