If it reaches the deal the Google will have one of the biggest video-watching audience possibly the biggest!

I think it is only the first big transaction with online video sites.
The trends show that Yahoo and Microsoft are also interested in expanding their busyness in TV on the internet companies.
Are there other big online television companies?

Yeah, for example Narrowstep, it is the number one TV company on the internet!

I’ve been buying the shares of Narrowstep recently.
It seems they could participate in the other important transactions in future.
Narrowstep has even more advantages on the market comparing with other YouTube look-a-likes.

Its currently at around $1 with a mkt cap of $50mm.
If NRWS were to sell for $1bil, it would be $20 / share!!!
