Carly Kicked out...

Carly Fiorina, the high profile CEO of HP, who was responsible for the merger of HP and Compaq (by a fierce proxy battle) has finally been kicked out of HP! And the stock market supposedly liked it!

Well, this did not come as a shock to me in any way! I was expecting this to happen a long time ago! Way toooo many wrong decisions by her. What point did she achieve by merging the two failing entities (HP and Compaq)?

She did need to be taught a very basic lesson - Merger of Two Failing Businesses is NOT = Profitable Business

And, if Fortune is to be believed , then it is her track record to leave things half finished. And that's what has happened at HP now!
