Cycle management

Most businesses slow down around the holiday period. What do you do during that period to try to keep sales growing?

That is when we focus on online promotion primarily about getting links to our site to let the search engines pick us up for the next busy season.

Re: Cycle management

I would argue that most businesses especially in retail pick up during the holiday season which most businesses do about 30% of their business in one month. We are a consulting firm so it does slow down for us we use the time to prepare for the coming year. Writing articles for the year is one of the tasks we like to perform.
