Recently I used paid-to-promote.com and I think it's more of a scam.

Not really impressed with their payouts...I prefer not using those.

paid-to-promote accepts auto-surf and they have many offers for promoting.
So that i can understand why they cheat people.

I would avoid them at all costs they are a waste of money
