Every site I see for sale that uses Adsense says that they make very little money - can you make anything using this strategy?

Not meaningful dollars plus at some point Google will smarten up and begin to penalize these sites because they are not helpful

I agree with TMZ I think the adsense sites are distracting and mislead the surfer

I agree too, although I have some adsense on my web sites.

But yes, it depends on how many visits you get.

I think having a site totally dedicated to trying to get adsense revenue is not a great strategy and you will not make much money. However, as a component of your site to bring in additional money is fine.

Adsense takes away from your site and I would not recommend it unless your revenue model requires you to have advertising on your site. It distracts the user and sends them, in many cases, to your competitors.

No your time is better served developing a profitable site with a sustainable competitive advantage.
