BidClix has announced they will no longer be accepting advertisements or publisher sites that promote or permit such things as gambling etc.
Below is the e-mail sent to publishers about this.

In an effort to improve our network we are introducing a new policy regarding online gambling. As of today, March 15th, we will no longer be accepting advertisements or publisher sites that permit or promote online gambling, sports betting, Internet or land based casinos.
The "Gaming & Casino" channel will be renamed "Games" and will no longer include any gambling related content. The new Games channel will include publishers that offer free games and gaming related entertainment content. For advertisers, this will be an excellent place to target video game enthusiasts and fans of free and fun games.
