again, this site is a mystery to me. It has good features, the owner obviously listens to feedback, it's backed by high end forum software and CMS. Then I look at the bottom and see that I am one out of two members that visited today.

I think you should download the vBArticles hack and switch to a content based site instead of forum based. Not saying to get rid of your forum, but not make it the focus.
