My name is John Lamere. I've been researching and planning for almost a year now and am finally ready to break out into a great business venture. I'm glad I found this site and hope to hear your questions and input on my business plans. A basic discription of my plans is to buy pre-forclosed properties at defualted price and sell them for market value. I've already found over 10,000 potential properties and am in the middle of talking to 10 of them. Its already starting off great and will get better as soon as I find an investor to fund me.

I could earn a pretty decent living with just 1-2 sales a year but i expect to sell, this first year, about 10-15 as long as I get an investor or loan, of course.
