Introduction NCS: We are in the business of putting money in your business.

Rowan Crume, National Credit Systems,

My company specializes in the collection of delinquent accounts and bad debts for all industries, and we do so differently than any other company in the country, in that we give guaranteed results to our users, where an unusually low, one time fixed fee, of typically less than 10%, collects any account on your books, regardless of age, size, or debtors location In the country, and we do all the work and the money is paid directly to you, and if the debtor wont pay… at your discretion and my company’s expense, we will take them to court. Now I know at times that may seem firm, but it’s how we get results. Now, if you’re like most fellows in business, you have some accounts you would like to turn to cash without spending 30%-50% to do so. If that is correct in your case send me an e-mail and we will discuss your customized plan. You can also visit Collection Agency National Credit Systems, Inc. for more information. Here are some of our satisfied clients:

Sears Wal-Mart Home Depot Rite Aid Exxon-Mobil Humana
NYU Meducal Center Cardinal Health MBNA DHL UPS
AT&T Time Warner Pitney Bowes Bank of America
Microsoft US Life Verizon Marriot Harvard University Yale University... Just to name a few.

We have over 25,000 satisfied clients and are endorsed by over 500 national organizations.

Now, to make it interesting I am offering a minimum $250 reward for a referral who signs up with our services. Now we have given referral rewards all the way up to $20,000 for large national companies. So make a list of people you know who have collections issues (Doctors, Cash Advance, Banks, Auto Rpair Shops), e-mail them a link to our website and give them my e-mail. I will wire the funds over to your account 7 days after the account has been signed up.

Here is an explanation of our program:
NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS, INC.

NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS FIXED FEE PHILOSOPHY
Cash flow is critical in any business. When it slows down, it is quite natural for businesses and professionals to seek solutions to this problem. Typically, preliminary efforts will consist of various internal procedures. A third party is
eventually sought in an effort to recover some portion of the lost revenue.
Internal attempts lose their effectiveness between a 60 and 90-day period and completely exhaust from between six and twelve months. Unfortunately, age acutely reduces any recovery ratio. It is the greatest deteriorating factor in a delinquent account.

As the accounts age, debtors become lost customers. To make matters worse, as a creditor concentrates efforts on the 120 to 180-day accounts, the 30-day accounts become 60-day accounts, and a vicious circle is created.

The obvious solution is to reduce the costly internal attempts and seek a third party to return cash flow to a current basis before it deteriorates.

However, there are two very valid objections to this solution:
1. The percentage charged by a collection agency or an attorney most often exceeds a creditor’s profit margin.

2. Resorting to such tactics consequently alienates any future business.
Thus evolved the flat rate letter writing services as an attempt to partially ease the burden of this every-growing dilemma.

Such a service is usually profitable since successful collections are 95% psychology and only 5% muscle. The flat rate service can provide this stimulation profitably since payment requested directly to the creditor require little bookkeeping, and naturally, a 60 or 90-day slow-pay requires significantly less effort to recover than a nine month old, hard-core debtor.

However, there are valid objections to a simple letter writing service.
1. A correct address is required.
2. Since they tend to retrieve only the accounts requiring minimal efforts, hard-cord debtors, disputed and out-of-town accounts deteriorate even further as such companies mail a series of form letters over an average, 90-day period. Lack of follow through then creates the very problem that they were designed to solve.

Fortunately, professionals, business firms and financial institutions are now able to turn to National Credit Systems for aid in solving the many challenges of our complex credit economy. The one-time fixed fee per account, combined with professional collectors who are exceptionally knowledgeable in collection techniques, actual decisive court action, when necessary, and a diligent effort to preserve the credit grantor’s goodwill, create the long sought solution of maintaining a healthy cash flow situation!

That’s what National Credit Systems business is all about. A philosophy of keeping our clients’ cash flow on a current basis by putting the creditor’s entire efforts on the 30 to 60-day slow-pays. After that, it would cost them more than our low fee to even continue billing the debtor! The combination of receiving relatively current accounts with the follow through, when
necessary, will all but eliminate the lost write off.
