just found this board while researching what to register my business as (LLC or S corp). i'm starting a NJ home based sign business. my main job is working for a pharmaceutical company. i will be the owner and only employee. i have a couple years sign making experience working for my uncle. anyway, glad to have found this site and i'm sure i'll make good use of it.
