Its obvious you spent a lot of time putting them together it is well laid out and visually appealing. On the first site I would consider white lettering on some of the text it was difficult to read on the second site it took me awhile to load the site on broadband which may turn off some of your target market. Good luck with your new company!

I agree with the above comments it looked good but it took awhile

Some of the flash like the bullet points next to Our Partners looks like there would be a link but it is not it is distracting
