You may want to consider putting a custom header on the page and hiring a forum posting shop to create some activity for you

Yea I looked into customizing it but I just don't have the time to go through the whole process of changing it (it seemed very complicated).

How much do you think a company would charge to bring traffic to my forum? I would really like it to become a high traffic forum. I appreciate your help!

They are faily inexpensive like $25 for 50 posts but the trick would be to do it while you are advertising to create even more activity

I would remove the top left ad for the forum software and I would get rid of some of the posts in the forum it looks like you have been spammed. Good luck.
