This project (signature)took me almost four years to complete and it's not ready yet. The whole concept is a one-stop online resource for all professionals' needs.

This site looks like a wealth of great information and it looks like you have put a lot of time and effort into it - congratulations. I would try to figure out a way that you could simplify the navigation so people can quickly get to the information they are looking for - also helping in the initial choices. It is well laid out and I wish you the best of luck.

The home page is geared for someone who is in the UK but the flag says the US you may want to customize it for the region if that is not that hard to do.

Normally the flag displays according to user locale. I will check the default config

From the top navigation menu users (first click) end up in search pages with the first item displayed. Do you find the menu a bit busy or confusing?

I could not see any of the answers or the questions in more detail there was a note about pop up blockers to be turned off but anyone could miss it or would prefer not to turn it on if possible I would try to not have it come up as a pop up. Also back to an earlier point one of the flashing lines talks about ads for as little as 5GBP. I am from the US hopefully you will be able to change this to US dollars. Good luck
