Re: Autoresponders We use getresponse and have been very happy with them. The challenge is not the software it is getting people to subscribe to your newsletter given how many of the newsletters are available it is very competitive. They are a great way of staying in touch with prospective customers.

Re: Autoresponders Autoresponders are a great tool we use them for our newsletter and it works seemlessly. I have heard people use them for responses to customer inquiries but I do not know how that can be programmed other than using generic responses.

Re: Autoresponders We used them at my last company for the amount of money you pay for them they do a great job. You just have to decide whether you want to have a server application or a desktop application there is a big difference and it is all dependent on your needs. We used it to sell both an information product with 8 outgoing weekly emails and for a newsletter.

Re: Autoresponders We use an autoresponder but we have had some difficulty getting through some of the ISP filters we could not even get through our own to test the system. This is our first year using them so we are trying to determine whether or not they are worth it. If you have a training program they are definately worth it but right now we just have a newsletter and it seems that a normal email maybe just as effective.
