| Re: Bringing in a partner There are only two things I can recommend - get the partnership agreement in writing and make sure whoever you bring in has complementary skills because if your firm is that small you are going to need a lot of different skills to be successfull |

| Re: Bringing in a partner I couldnt agree more! I would also add if you are coming from a bigger consulting firm and are striking out on your own - remember not everyone is an entrepreneur. Some consultants do a great job in a corporate structure but many fail in an entrepreneurial setting. |
