Cost Cutting

I was looking through the PC World online magazine and came across an article about virtual PBX, which is basically way cheaper than a regular PBX and provides the same service. Here is the link to the article:

PC World - Business Phone Service Without Big-Ticket Hardware

If anyone has other cost cutting tips please let me know, I'm always looking (as every other small business owner is) to reduce my expenses.

Re: Cost Cutting

We have an online PBX that we use for our toll free number it is great we can get stats, faxes and phone calls that follow us i.e. call the home first then, cell 1, cell 2 etc before prompting the caller for a message it works great.

If you travel at all for your business to review important documents or to give powerpoint presentations, you can cut your time and travel costs 50% or more by meeting online.

Prices have really dropped for web/video conferencing, and the quality is crystal clear. Plus, you can go over documents just like you do in person - no more emailing huge files.

We use video conferencing for company meetings and one-on-ones with established clients. Saves both time and money!

Best,
Sonja
