What was the best technology tool you implemented that saved you a lot of time or money?

I think it is the new phone tools. We have a toll free number that has multiple mail boxes and the number can follow us until it reaches someone who picks up i.e. call business, then mobile then home. It also emails us faxes and vmail - a huge time saver

We use an autoresponder to reply to emails and to send out newsletters and training programs - we find it extremely effective and time efficient!

For us it is the phone system as well.

For us it has been the shopping cart. In the past we built separate shopping carts for each site. We started to use a shopping cart application and it gives us so much more flexibility.
