What do you think is the best PC for small businesses that are feature rich but also provide a good value?

We have used IBM, HP and Compaq before they were bought by HP we prefer the HPs

We have used many brands but we like the Mac for graphics programs and the IBM for general purpose PCs

I would suggest HP then. It would be best to go for 3 years guarantee period.

We like Dell because of the flexibility in selecting what you want and we have been happy with their performance. The one area they do fall short on is their support though it is terrible.
