Backing up of files

How does everyone back up their files and why have you taken that approach i.e. hard drive, web eg

I use an external drive from LaCie.

LaCie - SAFE Mobile Hard Drive - Fingerprint Access Control

LaCie - Hard Drive, Design by F.A. Porsche - USB 2.0 and FireWire

LaCie - Little Big Disk - FireWire 800, FireWire 400, USB 2.0

We have redundant servers where we keep our back up information.

That article is flawed. So an external drive is a Zip drive is it?...
