You've carefully selected a host, they were great during the pre-sales, the set up your account fast, the answered all of your support tickets very quickly, then suddenly nothing. You submit a support ticket to them, and you get no answer. Day one, no answer. Day two, no answer. Day three, no answer. What do you do?

They should respond promptly, but I can see some situation that it takes 24 hours or so to respond. But if it is not the case and/or if the hosting company is not taking my inquiry seriously, I'd call or contact them via chat room in order to get their response right way. In fact, I did this a couple of times. If they cannot handle the situation, if they cannot solve my problem, then I just need to change my host.
