Can someone help me with some shipping modules that i have?

I have the modules, first item x second item x and also the weight against price one. Is there anyway of disabling the first item x second item x one if there is a weight detected and then it goes off weight for the price of shipping?

I don't understand, but can I tell me again? Maybe I can get this solved.
