Mod rewrited my forums and....

I never really saw any pickup in traffic from the SEs. Granted, these forums already were getting a ton of SE traffic, especially Google, so a small increase wouldn't have caught my attention any. I use only vBulletin, I think everything else is not worthwhile in comparison. I've always been told the urls with the ? aren't so SE friendly. So, I tried out the mod rewrite hack everyone uses on vBulletin. Nada.

I use phpBB and I do use mod_rewrite, but I never worked on mod_rewrite. I just used what's published.
