I listed my w9pe.us with Google over 30 days ago.
It has been up for 45 days.
If I do a search it remains unlisted!
Was .us a poor choice?

Any suggestions?

Submission to search engines is slow according to what I have heard. Try to
get a valuable inbound link instead.

I am 99% sure that Google does not discriminate suffixes.

Get some links. According to this recent article (http://tinyurl.com/dets4),
Web directories won't do.

I run a .us site with no problem. It gets 1000+ visitors a day. Not
bad for a site that is not even a year old.

From what I see in the article it is about lost PR - perhaps it happened
first for directories, but as for now there is no PR anywhere, so any
conclusions are at least too early.

Besies, if TrustRank is to be based on the selection of trusted pages,
dmoz.org seems to be reasonable selection for one of these selected and
trusted. Or at least as a hand made and moderated directory it should
be taken into consideration.
