Actually, Google doesn't reveal this stuff
They are pretty secretive about it!
The person who has compiled this list had posted about how he made this list on another site. Here's what he had said about it -

Source Well, I posted the above so that you know that those factors are actually found by hit and trial and not something that the search engine itself disclosed!
