Google no longer omiting common words

Just noticed that Google is no longer omitting common words
from the search phrase.
Anyone noticed how long this has been happening?

Every datacenter gives slightly different results. Go to mcdar
site (I have posted a link in a scrrogle thread) and check by
yourself how are your pages positioned for your keywords - if
positions are different, why number of hits can't be?

Am I right to think that entire phrases (e.g. questions) should be possibly
to get a match for? So far it has not worked well and it still doesn't.

Is there still stemming? Will I get similar results for 'man walking slowly'
and 'men walks slow'?
