Can anyone recommend any good start up kits for a new company? We have a client who would like to have something all in a package for example LLC forms, operating forms, lists on how to set up an office perhaps website and logo templates they could use. There appears to be a lot of resources out there but it looks like you would pay a bundle if you bought them separately they were hoping to find something in a simple package that they could always change later (hopefully with our help) - any ideas?

I have not seen any custom kits like you I think you will have to go to multiple sites

Entrepreneur has some start up guides for various businesses but not to the extent you are looking for.

I think if you want a unique business you cannot buy a standard start up kit

I offer a start up kit at my site (below), and while I include many forms for different uses, info on logo companies and include a section on websites (along with a myriad of other items), I don't think you will find something quite like what you are looking for anywhere.

I'd seriously consider against using any kind of logo template. Your identity should be as unique as your company is.

In most cases, you'll also find that you never own copyright on a templated logo. You'll also avoid the likelihood of legal action for infringement.

To begin with, many of the forms for registering for sales taxes, incorporting the business as either a S-corp or LLC, etc, will all have to be specific to the State in which they are based. The forms may be similar, but have specific info for the state in which they will operate.

The local Chamber of Commerce, along with SCORE should be able to help with the necessary forms. Some markets have a one-stop office to provide all the details for the new start-ups.

I agree with Dbeavers if you are just looking to set up your firm I would look to your secretary of state for info, no start up kit is going to help you.
