| Greetings to all, I'm in the process of expanding my business, at present I am the sole operator/referral bispater. clients call me for a health care contractor, I in turn provide the contractor and recieve a residual referral fee as long as I have the case. The problem is that I'm at the point of burn out, I've been in business since "97". I am more interested in building the business than going out to interact with the public relations part of it. In view of knowing that I feel if I don't turn It into a business opportunity for others ( that mabe more extraverted and can soar with it ), all the building that I have done will eventually become stagnant even though I have had contined growth in revenue up to this day. I really need some direction to move on to the next level. gail |

| Re: what is the difference between a franchise or licensing a business opportunity? Franchising and licensing can be very similar and you have to be careful to not say you are licensing and when you are really franchising. It is like the difference between when you give someone a w2 or a 1099 you should make sure you ask a lawyer experienced in these things. |
