Tax break for businesses

Does anyone know if the tax break that was just negotiate to help the economy included tax breaks for small businesses?

According to yesterdays WSJ the business tax breaks will cost $22 billion over the next 11 years. The largest tax break will be on accelerated depreciation which permits companies to take much larger tax deductions on this years capital investments instead of spreading them over a number o f years. Under the proposal, a company would be able to add a larger deduction immediately of at least 50% of the cost of the equipment to a portion of the norma deduction.

Leave it to the government to cost us more in tax dollars than the tax break

And some of the candidates are making so many new promises I am sure it is going to be a lot higher than that
