Do businesses need to pay quarterly taxes

Does anyone know if as a business you have to pay taxes quarterly? We just formed a new LLC

Yes you have to pay quarterly estimated taxes if you are self employed look here for more information Publication 505 (2/2006), Tax Withholding and Estimated Tax
